By accessing johnnypro.com or hiring Johnny Pro Handyman Services for any work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services or website.

2. Scope of Services

Johnny Pro Handyman Services provides home repair, maintenance, and improvement services in the state of Utah. This includes but is not limited to drywall repair, plumbing fixes, electrical work, and general maintenance. We reserve the right to refuse service for projects that fall outside our expertise or safety standards.

3. Estimates and Quotes

• All quotes provided via the website or phone are preliminary estimates.
• Final pricing is determined after an on-site assessment of the project scope.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services. For larger projects, a deposit (typically 30-50%) may be required before work begins. We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payments.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We value your time and ask that you value ours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

6. Limited Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Johnny Pro Handyman Services provides a 1-year warranty on labor for all repairs. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, customer-supplied materials that fail, or damage caused by external forces.

7. Limitation of Liability

Johnny Pro Handyman Services is fully licensed and insured in Utah. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural issues found during repairs or for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
